Shipping policy

Processing and delivery times


All deliveries can be expected to arrive within 10 to 15 business days from the time of shipment, the destination may vary on the delivery times of your order. Please take into account the transit times of your carrier.
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent immediately to your designated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at carlos@avilesauto.com


In the event of delayed processing times, you will be notified by email.
Our carrier is Island Wide. Once your package has been shipped, a unique tracking number will be sent to your designated email address. You can track your package by clicking on the link provided in the email.


All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure that your delivery address is taken care of. We recommend providing a business address when possible, or another address where someone can sign for the delivery between 9 a.m. AND 6 p.m. 
Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or forwarding agencies. Orders to P.O. boxes or forwarding agencies may be subject to cancellation.


Please note that orders for multiple items may be shipped in more than one package. This will be indicated by multiple tracking numbers on your shipping confirmation email.
